07/05/2024: The cuisine is truly excellent. The pizzas, the desserts, everything is really very good. I absolutely recommend!
30/04/2024: We're just eating a tuna pizza and a spaghetti carbonara. The pizza is fine but the carbonara, freshly cooked, is a congealed mess. Very, very disappointed. No parmesan cheese to take away neither. The meals were eaten within 10 minutes of being cooked. I've read other reviews since and obviously someone needs to learn how to cook pasta and sauce.

29/04/2024: We have ordered spaghetti carbonara and tagliatelle ai carciofi. Carbonara was cold and so salty it burned your mouth, but on the other hand, tagliatelle had almost no flavor or saltiness; you could only feel butter. It was quite a dissapointment, I would not recommend it.

03/06/2024: Splendid, very pretty location full of lights and colors under a pergola covered in wisteria. We had a divine lunch, excellent tortelli with cheese and pepper on a cream of potatoes with truffles, the apple pie was also good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices more than normal. Highly recommended!
01/06/2024: We ate really well in a quiet environment. I recommend the beans as an appetizer and the tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes and rocket (really tender) and the sautéed chicory as a side dish. I highly recommend it.

17/03/2024: Non ci tornerei nè lo consiglierei. Prezzi alti per porzioni scarse, cibo piatto. Nulla di veramente gustoso e appetitoso. Siamo stati ingannati dalle recensioni e foto altrui evidentemente riferite ad altri periodi (forse la domenica il target è più turistico). Ho valutato "nella media" e non "scarso" unicamente per il servizio al tavolo, veloce e gentile. Siamo usciti con la voglia di prendere un panino nel vicino locale sulla piazza, per sopperire al gusto e all'appetito, poi abbiamo ripiegato su un ottimo gelato nella gelateria a Bagnoregio "il gelato" di pasqualetti.
04/03/2024: In visita a Civita ci siamo fermati a gustare qualcosa. Abbiamo trovato ottimi i piatti di origine locale. Buona accoglienza.

06/01/2024: Location particolare e suggestiva.Si cena effettivamente all' interno di una cisterna.Abbiamo ordinato una selezione di formaggi e due primi entrambi ottimi,in particolare modo la carbonara con tartufo.Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino locale.Simpaticissimo e disponibile il proprietario.Che dire...Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima serara.Da ritornarci sicuramente.
01/01/2024: Ristorante dalla romantica atmosfera in una sala creata in una vecchia cisterna, per ambientarsi appieno alla visita di Civita. Piatti prelibati e porzioni giuste. Personale estremamente cordiale e gentile.

22/03/2024: I ate a FABULOUS pizza! I had lost hope of finding a pizza like this in Bagnoregio.
The owners are also very friendly and the prices are cheap.
I can't wait to go back! My daughters loved it too.
