Really great food unfortunately terrible service and staff.

We had lunch in this Osteria adjacent to the main square of the village. Tourist venue with both outdoor and indoor tables. Good quality food, fresh cold cuts, delicious and tasty pappardelle with Chianina ragù, second courses based on rabbit and good sliced ​​beef, good but not expressed potatoes. Since it was Sunday we waited half an hour to sit at the table considering the turnout. The staff was a little rude and grumpy, except for the young boy who was nice and kind. I understand too much work but when you work in contact with the public you always have to show a smile, availability and kindness to please the customers, even though our requests were just a car seat and pasta without cheese. Price a little high, but it can be worth it considering the tourist place.

We stumbled upon this little restaurant by chance. The room manager was also very kind in helping us with our little daughter's meal. Excellent artichokes and turnip tops, all very fresh and well seasoned. The tagliolini with asparagus and lemon are delicious and very delicate. The location then... a jewel!

Simple, modest and tasty. For Italy, fast and efficient service. A cozy, shaded place where you can relax with a good drink and food. Importantly, your purse will not suffer excessive damage, and the drink will help you forget about fatigue. I recommend.

During a walk in Civita di Bagnoregio we noticed a sign giving the dishes available. We went and a very kind lady welcomed us and accompanied us to the table. After giving us the menus he told us that polenta with sausage and trimmings was also off the menu for today. The three of us tried 3 first courses and they were excellent, especially the one my daughter Pici chose with black truffle. I recommend anyone coming to this place to go to this location as it is the oldest in the country.

Abbiamo mangiato molto bene ancora a distanza di anni e non capita spesso! Complimenti per la qualità del cibo e la scelta dei piatti del menù. Antipasti misti con prodotti locali. Tortelloni cacio e pepe , pappardelle al cinghiale e pincinelle al ragù di pistacchio divini. abbiamo optato anche per gli arrosticini pur non essendo un piatto tipico della zona ,ma erano buonissimi . Ottimo anche il vino rosso della casa . Torneremo !

Al termine della passeggiata per il borgo e a caccia di un buon tagliere abbiamo scelto questo localino semplice ma pulito, abbiamo pranzato in un angolino (lo spazio non è tanto) ma il servizio è stato rapido, cortese e il tagliere ci ha soddisfatti in pieno. Il conto è nella norma quindi tutto bene!
