28/05/2024: Typical Ciociaria trattoria. Try the hand-rolled pasta, thick, porous, good. The appetizer was decent. Good meat but not up to the standard of the first courses. The house wine in a jug is highly recommended, but for the more refined palates there are also excellent local bottled wines, such as the excellent Cesanese "Hernicus" by Coletti Conti. However, it has remained an institution for over a century.

19/05/2024: There is no need for many words to describe the restaurant... a trattoria where empathy, friendliness and food are at the top and only has something to teach. Sante is an innkeeper with a capital O, attentive to his customers and all their needs. There is never anything out of place, there is nothing wrong, the wine is good, the homemade pasta is excellent, the traditional second courses that I tell you to do... in short, the only problem is the limit physical that requires you to stop eating. Special mention for the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, tripe, liver...spectacular!
