10/03/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera per la prima volta in questo locale. Locale accogliente, paella ottima, e titolare molto accogliente, appena siamo entrati è venuto a stringerci la mano. Visto che era la prima volta, ad ogni piatto ci ha raccontato la storia del piatto e degli ingredienti utilizzati. È stato molto piacevole, appena entrati, sentire il profumo del cibo che avvolge tutto il locale. Torneremo presto.

25/02/2024: In occasione di una mostra presso la fiera di Sora ho selezionato questa osteria invogliato dalle ottime recensioni lette, dal menu e anche dall'ambiente che, in foto, risulta accogliente e fatto con gusto. Bene oggi ci sono stato e confermo tutto. Ambiente molto accogliente, personale disponibile e garbato ottimo il cibo ottima la carta dei vini! Il titolare una persona cordialissima e molto ospitale. Prezzi normali, ovvero più che giusti considerando la qualità del prodotto offerto. Mi permetto solo di suggerire una maggiore velocità nel servizio (abbiamo atteso circa un'ora per avere l'antipasto e ancora un'ora per gustare una squisitissima carne) e una maggiore velocità nello sbarazzare i tavoli che man mano si liberano. Non è un piacere continuare a stare a tavola ed avere intorno tanti tavoli pieni di tutto quello che resta alla fine di un pranzo (comprese bottiglie, bicchieri, stoviglie e avanzi di cibo lasciato nei piatti.). La mia critica è solo a fin di bene, con qualche piccolo accorgimento è veramente un posto da 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo

01/04/2024: Recommended by a family member, I went to try it. There are two rooms and I ate in the smallest one where there is an internal cave. The digital menu was not shown to us immediately and so we requested it. Snails appeared in the mixed hot-cold appetizer, but my guest and I didn't like them, so we would have liked to know beforehand so as not to waste them because we don't normally eat them. Starter still good, wine (Ribolla Gialla) also, pleasant first course, only flaw: a little sand left in the clams which evidently were not cleaned well because they crunched in the mouth when chewing and this was not very pleasant on the palate, but taste and good products. We had the table for just over 1 hour not having booked and finally the staff offered me a bitter that I didn't know and which I really appreciated: ratafià. When I returned home a few days later I bought it too :-) thanks anyway for the experience. If I come back, I'll book and I'd like to sit in the other room :-) cleaning of the clams needs improvement, but it may have been a coincidence.

10/04/2024: Ciociaria is full of good places to eat quality local products: for me this is the KING of them all. The dishes are good and balanced, expertly prepared, combining culinary reinterpretations with local and family cuisine. The starter is excellent and the first courses are superlative, all seasoned with a welcoming atmosphere and served by sociable and kind staff. Super highly recommended!

12/05/2024: Small and welcoming place, you feel at home pampered by the owners. Excellent food with excellent quality raw materials. Tasting the appetizers is highly recommended. Then choice between three first courses, three second courses and three desserts. Furthermore, three liqueurs are made available and coffee is served in the ceramic coffee shop with sprinkles as if for house guests. Super recommended, we will definitely be back

23/04/2024: Eccellente in tutto, qualità del cibo, cortesia, velocità del servizio, fantastici gli antipasti, ottimi i primi ma i secondi sono eccezionali specie le carni che vengono sapientemente grigliate da Loris, prezzi in linea con la qualità del cibo, Lorenzo è sempre una garanzia e non tradisce mai. Unica nota , non si può mangiare nelle feste perchè il locale è invaso dalle cerimonie e per altri tavoli non vi è posto

I celebrated my birthday here and everything was cheered by Martina who, as always, made everything unique and unforgettable 🫶

16/05/2024: Sono capitato a Veroli per caso e ugualmente per caso, dietro indicazione di una gentile signora del posto, sono entrato in questo ristorante. Devo dire che entrambi, sia il paese che il ristorante, meritano una rivisitazione da parte mia. Il ristorante, con le sue volte a crociera, è molto suggestivo ed elegante. Il servizio di sala è cortese senza essere invadente. Il menù probabilmente si basa su piatti tipici del territorio, però con una interpretazione raffinata e interessante. Rimpiango di essermi trovato in una giornata di scarso appetito che non mi ha consentito di apprezzare la cucina del ristorante per quel che sicuramente merita. Comunque tutto quello che ho potuto assaggiare, come i maltagliati ai porcini e castagne e le fettuccine cacio, pepe e gamberi crudi, mi è sembrato veramente eccezionale. Notevole il Cesanese del Piglio. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Mi ripropongo di ritornare alla Domus Hernica perché ne vale la pena. Sono contento di poter scrivere qualche volta recensioni pienamente positive.

31/03/2024: Una eccellenza nel centro storico di Casalvieri. Porzioni più che abbondanti ma soprattutto qualità dei prodotti utilizzati e maestria nel lavorarli. Primi di ogni genere e grande selezione di carni. Vino della casa eccellente ma anche cantina fornita con bottiglie di un certo livello. Il locale è una dimora storica che offre lo spunto per conoscere le tradizioni e la storia della Ciociaria più segreta. Per noi che amiamo la cucina tipica e i sapori del territorio, è un posto in cui non possiamo fare a meno di tornare periodicamente. Consigliato vivamente.

19/03/2024: Che dire, strepitosa sorpresa. Ristorantino medioevale arredato con cura, una calda stufa a pellet a riscaldare l'ambiente, il personale che ci ha accolti in modo semplicemente famigliare quindi apprezzatissimo per poi mangiare veramente molto bene ad un prezzo più che onesto. Ci torneremo ed intanto consiglio di andarci

Si vede ancora l’artigianalita’ manualità e soprattutto tecnica cose che al giorno d’oggi le usano in pochi.ottimi gli accostamenti sapori super equilibrati ma soprattutto la presentazione! Buona la cantina con vini molto ricercati …servizio molto preparato gentile disponibile e molto solare. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che giusto !
