27/05/2024: Excellent place where we ate some good dishes. We arrived a little late as we were passing through but the staff was friendly enough to seat us and let us eat. Excellent starters and delicious main courses. Unfortunately we were unable to taste the first courses due to the delay. Highly recommended. Prices normal.

24/05/2024: The BEST mushroom soup I've ever eaten!!! ...and not only! Even tagliolini with mushrooms, FRIED MUSHROOMS!!! they were wonderful!!! and then the chestnut fritters and the mushroom and cheese croutons... not to mention the rest of the menu which we will surely be able to try next time because it was very inviting... A lovely welcome, attentive and helpful staff, prices in keeping with the quality and quantity of meals, good house wine. Convenient parking. Clean toilet with everything you need and the tap/pedal system which I like so much because it is very hygienic. ;) Thumb up!!! Well done!!!

24/03/2024: Excellent experience, the food was excellent and the owner was very kind :) we had a potato cake and a cheese cake as a starter and then a tortelli with herbs and a tortelli with mushrooms filled with potatoes. Everything exceptional, like the service.

28/05/2024: Excellent accommodation, located on the road so easy to reach but quiet and surrounded by greenery. The premises have recently been renovated in a simple but tasteful way, maintaining the soul of mountain houses. The hosts were immediately very friendly and helpful. Excellent cleanliness. Excellent breakfast, with also some local dishes.
20/05/2024: I was walking on the Via Francigena from Fornovo to Pontremoli. Instead of stopping in Cassio, I decided to walk a little bit longer
to Cavazzola and it was an excellent decision. Micaela, Giulio and their son are great hosts. I felt at home since the first moment. Very warm in welcoming. The room I was given was excellent. The bathroom is gorgeous. In the pub at the ground floor Micaela and Giulio serve their meals and the locally produced beer (in three variations). Excellent! On the back of the building there are tables and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the amazing view on the valley. 'Le Spine' in Cavazzola is an excellent (really!) option where to stop on the way to the Cisa Pass!

05/05/2024: Today, we were with almost the entire team, celebrating the championship victory with Mr., parents, and players. Booked for 30 at the last moment, we arrived at 2.30pm. there were 42 of us and in one way or another, they made every effort to seat us all close together. What to say,

Some people had a hamburger sandwich or a first course and they enjoyed it. Very kind waiters and staff. At the end they also offered us bitters.
Highly recommended!

03/12/2023: Premettendo che ci abbiamo pranzato sabato e nel locale erano occupati solo due tavoli (compreso il nostro), devo dire che l'esperienza è stata eccellente per comodità del locale, cortesia e competenza del personale, preziosità degli ingredienti, qualità della cucina. Abbiamo mangiato (in 4): per antipasti due porzioni di focaccia (fatta in casa) con fiocchetto e lardo di cinta (salumi di altissima qualità), 4 porzioni di tagliolini (tirati a mano) con porcini e finferli (saporiti e gustosi), una costata di chianina da 1,2 Kg (frolata e cotta alla perfezione), due porzioni di patate al forno (croccanti fuori e tenere dentro), una porzione di degustazione di formaggi (2 assaggi per 4 tipi di formaggio), due porzioni di dessert (spongata e torta castagne e cioccolato entrambe prodotte nel ristorante). Il tutto per complessivi 160 euro circa. Tutto perfetto, tutto meravigliosamente genuino e abbondante e .... come sentirsi a casa propria, dato che la gestione è familiare (ma di alta qualità).
Ce ne fossero di ristoranti così ....

Ambiente bellissimo e cibo ottimo. Buona carta vini e deliziosa la pasta. Personale gentile e cucina preparata a soste veloci. Bravissimi.
19/11/2023: Bellissima location immersa nella natura il casale a dir poco stupendo una ristrutturazione a cinque stelle per non parlare del cibo ..tutto ottimo ,anche il personale gentilissimo un pranzo in totale relax.Torneremo presto

14/09/2023: Locale con distesa estiva in una piazzetta e tra le case in pietra; stupenda. Menù con poche alternative, alcune cose ordinate mancavano, però la cameriera lo ha comunicato in modo talmente gentile e garbato che non è stato un problema scegliere altro. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e gli ingredienti erano tutti di qualità. Bravi !!

14/01/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera di albergo ed usufruito della cena nel ristorante appena di ritorno da un viaggio in Francia, trovandosi di strada rispetto al nostro percorso.
Hotel pulito, vecchio stile ma con tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno.
Ristorante con portate abbondanti ed ampia scelta.

17/12/2023: Pessimo. Un ristorante in cui i cani non sono ammessi, senza alcuna motivazione, non merita di lavorare. Ci sono tanti posti in cui si può mangiare una pizza buona, consiglio di andare altrove. Il personale è anche scortese.
04/11/2023: Pizza cotta sotto ai testi di ghisa come una volta squisita e digeribile come sempre, i salumi di buona qualità accompagnati da polenta fritta croccante fuori e morbida dentro, la qualità degli ingredienti è alta, lo staff sempre presente e sorridente.
Complimenti a Nadia e a tutto lo staff
