29/03/2024: If the owner is called the professor, there will be a reason, and this reason is that the professor of the Cosenza winery offers in his kitchen a purely typical menu of Cosenza cuisine, with a very high level quality of the products offered at the table, a very refined place at the foot of old Cosenza. If you come to Cosenza you can't help but come and eat at the professor's!

27/05/2024: Fabulous and high quality experience at De Gustibus, a seemingly simple menu but, in fact, refined and so good that every course is close to perfection! The attentive and kind service, excellent wine list with a good presence of excellent Calabrian, national and international labels. The desserts entirely made by them are also of great quality. The quality-price ratio is perfect, because the quality is very high and deserves the average cost per person. We will be back soon.

11/05/2024: Restaurant at the entrance to Civita in an excellent location. Cozy restaurant with fast and friendly staff. The appetizer was excellent with a platter of cheeses, cold cuts, olives and dried tomatoes in oil and exceptional pancakes! Handmade macaroni with underwire, seasoned with a very good wild boar meat sauce. Very clean restrooms. Adequate prices. Advise.

Everything really works well for an evening that can go from informative to formal!
Yet another excellent testimony to what can truly be defined as a family tradition!

11/04/2024: Located in the middle of nature with a panoramic view of the valley of the two seas.
Suggestive stone-faced room with fireplace, you are projected into the past and traditions. We went there for dinner, the proposal of the day consisting of an appetizer with local cold cuts and cheeses, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and braised meat. The quality of the food is exceptional as is the wine. An experience not to be missed and to be repeated.
