This restaurant remains a favorite of mine, time and time again. The quality remains consistently high, with an extensive selection of delicious dishes and an impressive wine list of over a hundred wines, which are also delicious.

What to say? We had been missing from Mondovì for 25 years. Returning and above all returning to Marsupino was a confirmation. Excellent cuisine, excellent service.

Historic place with a solid tradition, here you are never disappointed, indeed, with every return it is a pleasant surprise to notice the continuous search for improvement. Warm welcome, intimate environment, undisputed professionalism from Luca Marsupino and all the staff. One of the best places in Langa. Traditional cuisine with some innovations and fish-based dishes. Splendid cellar that is worth a visit and relying on Luca's profound knowledge. Everything perfect, even in the price.

Se per caso ce ne fosse stato bisogno ennesima conferma di eccellenza per questo ristorante anche nella giornata del pranzo a tema bollito. Tutto meraviglioso, carne eccezionale, davvero un tuffo nella tradizione piemontese. Ottimo anche l’abbinamento con i vini del percorso degustazione scelto dal sommelier. Assolutamente da ripetere!

Locale molto curato ed accogliente, piatti ottimi, sia quelli con il tartufo che gli altri, buonissimo lo zabaglione. Ottima proposta di vini.

Prenotato per 2 “al volo” e cenato in questa trattoria dopo 15 anni circa, cena assolutamente positiva con portate generose accompagnate da due calici di buon vino. Super il carré di capretto yuhmmm. Alla prossima.

10/03/2024: Da Vittorio Restaurant is the place of the heart; you are pampered from the moment you enter until you say hello. The location is well taken care of down to the smallest details and the dishes speak for themselves. The dining room staff is helpful and courteous and each dish served is carefully explained. The use of raw materials and ingredients at km0 makes the dishes unique, authentic and tasty. At the sight, every single dish seems like a work of art and once tasted it is an explosion of tastes and flavours. I highly recommend going to Ristorante da Vittorio as it is a unique experience.
