We couldn't have had a better time on our last evening in Catania! Delicious food, you can try local specialties. Beautiful location and decor. Reasonable prices and large portions. I recommend to everyone!

Great pub. There are often queues, especially in the evening, to get a table. Considering Catania's conditions, the food is tasty and the prices are moderate. Nice service, family atmosphere. I recommend

Good local cuisine in a characteristic neighborhood and slightly outside the purely tourist area. Tip: try the horse meatball... a truly delicious sort of grilled hamburger.

One of the best trattoria in Catania. Service was very good and food was excellent. Don’t miss the antipasto buffet. Weather permitting go to one of the “al fresco” tables on the rear of the restaurant and walk around a bit.

Locale di medie dimensioni. Perde un po' per lo staff un po' scontroso. Tuttavia il cibo è molto buono ed invitante. Sicuramente da provare

Ci siamo concessi la cena a Catania presso questa trattoria , proprio in pieno centro a Catania. Prezzi piu' che onesti , porzioni abbondanti , servizio veloce e gentilezza del proprietario. Abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto tipico siciliano con una zuppa di legumi. A seguire due primi di caserecci , uno alla siciliana ed uno alla norma. Tutto annaffiato da vino rosso della casa. conto totale 39 euro.

Ristorante La Siciliana

09/05/2024: The restaurant was recommended to us in the hotel. The reception was rather neutral, then we were seated in a corner to eat. The corner was very dark, there were clearly better tables in the restaurant. The staff hardly speaks English. The Italian guests, on the other hand, received a warm welcome, but only pay in euros, just like us. The food was mediocre, noodles alla Norma definitely taste better in other restaurants. The wine went like this, it can also be better. We cannot recommend the restaurant. Arrogance does not have to be supported.
18/04/2024: Historic venue in Catania, its quality is a surprise only for those who don't know it, otherwise it is a pleasant confirmation. The rice with cuttlefish ink and ricotta is spectacular, reminiscent of Etna in eruption. Why didn't I take a photo? I was busy eating.
