Trattoria La Brasciola In Brindisi

Best meal in puglia region of Italy. Flavours rich in taste. Authentic local food and friendly service that made me feel welcomed, no trouble communicating even though I couldn’t speak Italian. Would certainly recommend making reservations as it’s quite popular amongst locals.

The food is fantastic and super tasty. The ambience, the menu written by hand in a diary, just great. A nice little restaurant in the middle of the old town of Brindisi.

Great experience......the owner was very helpful considering we arrived an hour before closing. And we left 3 hours later. The food was delicious....I recommend trying it when you are in the area......

Yesterday while walking around Brindisi we discovered this restaurant. A very positive experience. We ate starters, first courses and a dessert, all very good. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for perfect food.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo scelto di festeggiare il giorno di Natale presso la Trattoria la Brasciola, un locale intimo ed accogliente a gestione familiare. Devo dire che il posto ma soprattutto il menù ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative di tutti noi. Nonostante avessimo a disposizione 2 menù uno di terra l'altro di mare entrambi con 3 primi e 3 secondi su cui scegliere, tutti hanno trovato qualcosa di unico da gustare. La lasagna bianca con rape e salsiccia tra le portate originali, per non parlare delle tagliatelle con cardoncelli, l' antipasto di terra misto diverso dai soliti che puoi trovare in una trattoria, il dulcis in fundo la torta tiramisù che ha davvero stupito tutti per la bontà. Il proprietario molto affabile e gentile ci ha fatto degustare un bicchierino di vin cotto molto molto buono. I miei complimenti allo chef per la cura con cui ha preparato tutte le portate, creatività ed eccellenza. Torneremo per gustare altre prelibatezze. Grazie per l'accoglienza.

Torno a mangiare dopo 4 anni e trovo la stessa qualità e genuinità. Il locale è piccolo, bisogna prenotare. Le brasciole ottime, come il resto. Prezzi giusti per un locale dentro il centro
