02/04/2024: The chosen cillarese pizza was pretty good and I would recommend it. Unfortunately, the aperitivo brund for 2 persons is definetely not worth 15 Euros. Nevertheless, I will recommend to all to visit the place and pay 2 Euros for coperti per person because you will for sure not see so many damaged plates on your table in the same time wherever you go. I really aporeciate it and would even to pay more next time to see in front of me all plates damaged 😉. Seriously? Not.

26/05/2024: Ci siamo capitati quasi per caso dopo una veloce ricerca su google... eravamo alla ricerca di una trattoria dai sapori veri e genuini... beh, le nostre aspettative sono state altamente soddisfatte. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e gentilezza e, subito, lo chef/padrone di casa ci ha detto che non c'era un menu, in quanto preparano i piatti in base alla disponibilità giornaliera delle materie prime, molte delle quali derivano dal loro orto personale o da produttori locali. Dopo averci chiesto eventuali allergie/intolleranze, ci siamo catapultati nella ricca offerta di pietanze proposte: abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto composto da un tagliere di formaggi locali (prodotti da loro!) gustosissimi, e piatti della tradizione contadina brindisina; su tutti dominava la purea di fave con peperoni: sbalorditiva! Dopodiché siamo passati ai primi: spaghettone quadrato ai funghi e scaglie di tartufo nero tagliate al momento e conchigliette al sughetto di cozze e pomodorino datterino. Entrambi i piatti in porzioni giuste e saporitissimi. Abbiamo bevuto un buon vino rosso locale e mangiato del pane di produzione propria, fragrante e gustoso. Durante il pasto, siamo stati allietati dal padrone di casa Savino che ci ha intrattenuto e ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Infine, abbiamo terminato con parigine alle crema ancora calde che erano la fine del mondo, caffè e un buon cicchetto di Rum. Insomma, materie prime ottime e locali utilizzate con sapienza, sapori di casa e ambiente familiare, ad un prezzo giusto (35€ p.p.) Consigliatissimo

09/05/2024: We went here for the all you can eat... super friendly staff, super good burgers and starters! I also want to add that the drinks are super fair priced so they aren't trying to rip you off! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Puglia
