A trattoria with a vintage and familiar look, it feels like having lunch in the countryside with your grandmother. The environment conveys serenity. The abundant dishes and the food is all fresh and good. A note of merit for the hams and cheeses. I liked the second one less. I would only renew the care of the cutlery service.

A little hidden restaurant, with parking right in front. We shared a very good and plentiful starter, then we had 2 first courses which were not bad. Fast service and honest prices.

Siamo stati a cena in questa trattoria a conduzione familiare cercando un locale di "sostanza" a Fiuggi ad inizio settimana di dicembre con 5 gradi. Siamo stati accolti da una ragazza molto disponibile che ci ha consigliato piatti del posto molto buoni. Abbiamo iniziato con un mega tagliere del Buongustaio al quale abbiamo abbinato un buon Vino della casa della zona, tagliatelle ai funghi porcini e asparagi e Sagne ai fagioli che ci hanno saziato c'è rimasto giusto il posticino per un dolce fatto in casa e per le ciambelline al vino offerte dalla casa. Che dire COMPLIMENTI

Al termine di una giornata trascorsa in una spa , ci siamo soffermati presso questa trattoria. Ci hanno accolti molto gentilmente ed abbiamo provveduto a prenotare due primi ( risotto con zucchine e gli strozzapreti salsiccie e pomodoro) molto gustosi.Abbiamo proseguito con una grigliata di verdure, patate fritte, dolce e il vino della casa. In definitiva abbiamo mangiato e bevuto bene, in un ambiente decoroso e tranquillo. Prezzo nella media e possibilità di parcheggiare di fronte alla trattoria.

Mi sono fermato ieri, posto nel verde, il cibo ottimo e la ragazza che serve ai tavoli gentilissima, ci tornero' presto.

26/04/2024: Very kind owner, he didn't have room because it was a holiday day, but he found us a table and I must say that the pizza was super good! We will return
20/04/2024: Very nice Mediterranean style place, super welcoming and well air conditioned. Welcomed by the owners in a sublime way, very friendly and smiling people. They both use to go around all the tables asking if everything is okay. Ceremonious. Incredibly abundant and varied starter, all fresh and delicious. Pizza "Parmesan" a delicacy to try. Ten out of ten everything.

Ristorante Pizzeria Arcobaleno

12/05/2024: Mrs. Vittoria and her daughter are two wonderful and hospitable people. I have known this restaurant which was previously called "Arcobaleno" since 1999, that is, since I had the opportunity to train as a helicopter pilot at the 72nd wing of the Italian Air Force. For about nine months I was treated better than a child at this restaurant. Beyond the good memories, you eat well and you spend the right amount, or rather little considering the prices doubled after the damned Covid. Every time I find myself in the area passing by on the motorway, I don't miss the opportunity to take a break by exiting at the Ferentino motorway toll booth, after Frosinone for those arriving from the south, to go and visit and say hello, obviously with a meal break, to these exceptional people.
