Excellent restaurant. Reading the menu and some reviews you may have some doubts thinking that it is the classic mediocre place for tourists and instead it is an excellent restaurant where you eat well.

A magical place, where kindness and courtesy, combined with the excellent quality of the food, reign supreme and the view of the sea from the terrace gives an even more special setting. We thank the owner Gianluca, his son and all the staff for making us enjoy their food and wines all week. Highly recommended! TOP In Taormina

Lovely restaurant . Great menu choices. The Gamberoni where excellent. Service was impeccable. The tiramisu and almond and ricotta tart where also very good.

Trattoria Da Nino is located in the center of Taormina, very practical when you are simply passing through for a restaurant stop because it is located near a car park, a 5’ walk away. Apart from that, I will especially remember the kind welcome we received there. Simple, smiling and adorable people! The service was perfect and the food very good. We had the pasta à la norma and the escalope pizzaiola. Thank you very much to them!

My wife and I booked here during our holiday and glad we did so. We had a nice table on the balcony. Meals of vitello al limone and sea bass both of a very good quality and nicely served. Wines a reasonable price. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals and no hesitation to recommend. We will return soon Eddie and Christina McAlpine

We are so grateful that we were able to get a reservation on our last night In Taormina. Our dinner the previous night at another restaurant was such a disappointment that we were ready to write off the dining in this beautiful city. Ivan, our server was excellent. He split the pasta dish and the fish entree for us. We were never rushed and the food was exquisite! Thank you for making our experience such a pleasure. The atmosphere, food and service were truly exceptional.

24/03/2024: Dinner made on the weekend. Nice place, friendly staff but the meal was average in quality but fair in quantity based on the price (starter 25 with around 13/14 types, starter and first or second course 35 and full menu 45 including water and cover charge, wine or other drinks at payment). Compared to some time ago, prices have gone up and the meal is much poorer and medium/low quality... you even pay for car parking everywhere with BLUE lines in this very small village, something that didn't exist before!!😅
15/03/2024: Excellent view from a breathtaking height good food to say the least excellent place very kind staff. The managers are exquisite people to go there every week we return when we can but with pleasure 💯🤩🤩🤩🥰👏💪

05/04/2024: Very good meal, 4 of us ate there, the meal was very good this restaurant makes specialties based on shellfish it's really very good you can go there with your eyes closed but your mouth open 😊
22/03/2024: Best fish soup ever. Extremely delicious pastas, nice view to Etna and friendly staff. We will return. 😊😊
