A hidden beauty. We found this place by chance and the quality was really excellent. All the ingredients are local, practically zero kilometer. I tasted some truly exceptional homemade fettuccine ("by Laura", I think). The atmosphere is very welcoming and the waitress very kind.

If a trattoria offers restaurant prices, everything must be perfect. I'm not talking about the environment which is beautiful but I've already seen it elsewhere, but rather about the service and the food. The service is proposed as starry but it is not because if you offer a starry price you cannot make trivial mistakes, such as opening the wine behind the customer's back and using interns to whom he answers every question that he doesn't know. The food, if you order a cut rare, it must be like this and not cooked to the limit, and it is only a courtesy if we have not sent it back, side dishes, if you have finished them let us know otherwise a nice gesture is to offer them the ones you have left , sorry for the inconvenience. I could go on but that's okay. A place that wants to give the appearance of being starry but it isn't. Normal rating 6

We had a great time in the restaurant together with the family of our friends. We were glad that got a reservation during the easter time. The food was great, we got ordered the T-Bone steak, quite a big portion. The serving was amazing, the meat was put on a hot cast iron tray, on which the pieces of the meet could been roasted for a time to fine-tune the desired degree. The stuff was very sensitive to every detail. Thank you for this great experience!

Trattoria da Battista is an exceptional restaurant in every respect. The quality of the food is incredible, offering an amazing gastronomic experience. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if it were possible.

Wonderful location! Excellent starters (the homemade breadsticks and jams to accompany the cheeses are highly recommended), top risotto, world-class mallard pappardelle (very thin pastry... wonderful)... the meat is worth a reservation: Florentine steak super super good . The tiramisu was excellent... the cellar was spectacular
