Truly excellent sushi, excellent ramen, and first-rate ravioli! The location is clean, welcoming and lovely. The only small thing that is flawed and that I don't understand is the policy of having to finish all the courses on the spot, as happens in almost all Japanese restaurants... If the customer has the option of taking away if they realize they can't finish the meal, why make them pay additionally? considering that it was his choice anyway and that sooner or later he will have to consume it

I used to work here and we NEVER eat customer food. In the kitchen there isn't even a sink for mops so they have to be washed in the same place as the dishes. The rice cooker behind the kitchen was placed closely next to the dirty oil container and the rice spoon was always placed on dirty surfaces. Please

Sushi eccezionale, personale molto gentile. Locale accogliente e illuminato. Molto comodo il fatto che si trovi vicino alla stazione dei treni e dei pullman. Ottimo!

18/05/2024: Good food, nice environment, for the rest the dishes arrived in half and even upon request they were completely forgotten, the service is two only because one of the guys was nice and smiling the whole time
