Spaghetteria Do Scogghiu In Siracusa

If you want quality it's right to wait: the level of the dishes is devastating, I had the spaghetti alla Siracusana and I can only define them as the best I've ever tried! The only flaw: about forty minutes to be served, but for such a quality it deserves it.

Today (22/05/24) with my wife, I had lunch in this restaurant. We found the owner friendly and helpful. The meal developed like this: half a liter of house white wine (good quality) and a natural mineral wine, a seafood appetizer for two (at the owner's discretion) really good and well portioned. Two first courses, one seafood and one land (spaghetti with clams and spaghetti with Sicilian pesto) were truly excellent, well portioned and the sauces abundant. We ended the meal with a good espresso. Good value for money, pleasant decor and atmosphere. I would add that, from the room, you can see the kitchen, in my opinion this is a good thing for the eyes of the customers. In conclusion, if you want to eat well at the right price, I highly recommend this place. Congratulations to the staff👍.

After a nice walk around Ortigia, we pleasantly stumbled upon this particular restaurant in the center of the city. I must compliment the owner, who is professional, friendly and friendly, recommending truly delicious dishes. A fish appetizer, fresh and tasty, a spaghetti with clams and one with Sicilian pesto, house wine and two coffees, all at a fair price... we highly recommend it. We will definitely be back.
