A hidden gem in Vignola. Great natural wine selection. The service is 100%. A family run business that inspires us how the real gastronomy should be. Local and seasonal Ingredients. We have been 2 times in a week and will definitely be back when in Emilia Romana. Great surprise!

29/04/2024: Historic place with an informal environment and good food near the center of Modena and therefore with paid parking, super helpful and attentive manager. The cutlet is the TOP dish, an unmissable stop for anyone stopping in the city 😋

16/03/2024: Excellent restaurant, the pizza is really worth it, there are so many that choosing is difficult, but you won't be disappointed at all. The desserts are also excellent. The prices are really fair. In the south once upon a time prices were lower and the quality was better. Today it is the exact opposite. Congratulations to this restaurant and long live Panza!
