Purtroppo della cena non mi sono potuta godere niente: nel locale si moriva di caldo e ho fatto veramente fatica a mangiare. Le proposte sono ottime ed interessanti, aspettavo di mangiare qui da almeno 3 anni ma purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa. Niente da dire sugli impasti STREPITOSI ma forse le proposte dovevano essere anche adattate alla stagione (e soprattutto alle temperature). Servizio decisamente da rivedere: tempi di attesa molto lunghi e trattamento diverso in base al cameriere (per noi non era più possibile ordinare una pizza, per il tavolo affianco sì). Quando ho saputo che il locale avrebbe chiuso non ne sono rimasta stupita, il potenziale è sicuramente sul gusto e la qualità del prodotto proposto, probabilmente in altre modalità.

Il Cantone Pub

07/01/2024: The Canton is a security. When all the other bars are closed, or crowded, or have other problems, the Canton always has its doors open ready to welcome you. It is frequented by quiet and friendly people, there is always good music and a beautiful atmosphere. I find it ideal for going in a group, for an evening with a single friend or even with your partner. The owner is very kind and knows both cocktails and beers, in fact he offers a wide choice of drinks and offers draft beers that are always updated according to the season. The food is also worth it, I especially recommend the Mega toast: two slices of bruschetto bread generously stuffed like toast. Not to be missed! In short, if you come to Alessandria there are few bars or pubs worth going to, but Cantone is definitely one of them!
19/08/2023: Ottima la "panissa ligure", a base di farina di ceci MA NON È la comune farinata. Occorre prenotarla il giorno prima. Altrimenti... se si è fortunati proprio quella sera...
