A place hidden in a small street, near the canal, which reveals the discreet presence of the NOVEL... a small place, but enough to accommodate several dozen loyal customers. The name of the place does not betray...a romantic place for those who love meat!!! The specialties served are many and almost all based on excellent meat and meat of all kinds, without disdaining dishes such as excellent lasagne with wild boar ragout or gnocchi with cheese and pepper etc. I found myself particularly well thanks to the kind and very professional welcome. I definitely have to go back... P.S. The toilets are very well looked after.

Avendo da festeggiare un evento importante, siamo stati qua a cena, dal momento in cui, oltre a ciò avevamo voglia di carne. Appena seduti, ci hanno offerto un prosecco ed un entrée di benvenuto, nel mentre, sceglievamo cosa ordinare. Come antipasti la scelta è ricaduta su un “Gran crudo” (tartare di manzo) ed un antipasto “Romanzo” (selezione di affettati misti, formaggi, crostini, sformatini e pappa al pomodoro). Abbiamo selezionato tre tipi di carne da mangiare: una fiorentina Prometheus, una fiorentina danese, una fiorentina di Canova oro, il tutto come vuole la tradizione, contornato da patate arrosto. La spesa è stata di euro 242,50 (a mio avviso neanche troppo eccessiva), considerando che eravamo in quattro ed oltre a ciò che è stato appena descritto, va contemplato una bottiglia di acqua gassata grande, una birra artigianale da 75 cl, una bottiglia di vino, tre caffè, una grappa barricata.

Prima volta in questo ristorante.....confermo le ottime recensioni precedenti...noi abbiamo preso duectipi di uramaki il piatti gran crudo e la tartare con burrata olive e bottarga,tutto eccezionale mi aspettavo un po meglio gli uramaki....non buonissimo il rosso della casa servizio veloce e gentile.....straconsigliato
