The menu is good and refined, the cellar is good for the wines, perfect for ceremonies or to bring traditional Piedmontese sappers, fantastic knife steak, however the other courses are also, the only flaw is that the services are not made up to standard for disabled people, it's a shame

Stayed on Saturday and Sunday in January, very nice and clean hotel (I think some rooms are being renovated). Our room was one of those not yet renovated but it was still clean and warm. Very nice restaurant, lots of wood and mountain furniture, nice, polite and smiling girls in the dining room (which doesn't hurt) we ate very well and at fair prices, the giardiniera and peppers with tuna were very good, tajarin with wild boar and gnocchi all very good, perhaps the cut a little to chew but tasty, sweet nougat semifreddo and cappuccino panna cotta. The buffet breakfast was also good with local cheeses, cakes, croissants and much more, we will gladly return.

Thanks to Stefano and his wife for solving every little problem that arose, not their fault, but the bad habits that people bring from home. A special thank you goes to Erika, first of all and Alessandro for how they pampered us from New Year's Eve to this morning, our last day and met our every need. Thank you guys. Keep it up. I travel a lot and I have never experienced such professionalism.
