Ristorante L'Ape Regina In Monteleone d'orvieto

While walking around Monteleone di Orvieto (also very nice) we stopped to eat in this restaurant. Everything was very good, generous portions and a fair price. Homemade pasta reigns supreme and you can feel the quality. Rustic but well-kept environment.

A wonderful experience. We showed up spontaneously on a Wednesday evening at opening time, we immediately got a table in a well-heated and beautifully decorated room. The owner is very nice. The food was wonderful. The pizza bread was one of the best I've ever eaten. The meat is absolutely top notch and in my opinion unbeatable for the price. The pasta also tasted very good. All in all, it's a shame that we only tried this restaurant on the last evening, otherwise we would have gone there much more often.

We went for Easter lunch and had a great time, very good handmade fresh pasta and also the abundant lamb and perfect cooking

As we usually do, during our travels, we try to insert unknown points that inspire us. Well this time we landed in this village (Monteleone d'Orvieto) where we were lucky enough to discover this beautiful place. As soon as we entered, the welcome was beautiful and familiar, kindness and friendliness are the things that you immediately notice. We had lunch by ordering a "Queen Bee" platter and the 2 first courses made with umbrichelli, one with red wine and sausage, the other with garlic and finally for dessert an excellent cake with a soft chocolate centre. As already mentioned, the service is impeccable with the courtesy of a home and the professionalism of a real restaurant. Excellent raw materials. I never give a 5⭐ the first time I arrive in a place as I cannot evaluate it more deeply. In any case, at the moment there could be all 5⭐ Thank you Queen Bee, our break traveling with you really regenerated us. 👍

Tradition is at home...a place full of warmth...and the pasta is truly handmade... My favorite dish is the Ape Regina starter and Umbrichelli all'aglione, all with excellent service and a lot of kindness...! ! Highly recommended..

La tradizione è di casa, tanta cortesia e pasta fatta veramente a mano . Gli umbrichelli e le tagliatelle di una volta. I sapori che non ti aspetti, in un ambiente pieno di calore Consigliatissimo.
