We were looking for a place to have an acceptable coffee and we found ourselves enjoying an exceptional coffee. I would add that I consume it without sugar and therefore where the coffee is not at least discreet it can be felt at the first sip instead.... the coffee was exceptional. In fact, we also returned at the end of the visit to have a second coffee. The staff was very kind and even though they didn't know me they were willing to have a chat about the place, the venue etc.

It is the city's historic pastry bar, famous for its desserts, in particular the chocolate and semolina cake and its creams. It also offers many options for a good quick lunch and excellent ice cream. It is large and welcoming: a point of reference for many events in the city also given the venue's willingness to support them. A visit to Orvieto without a visit to Bar Montanucci is essential. There is also a beautiful internal terrace with outdoor tables, very pleasant in good weather.

Great for a quick lunch with a large selection at the counter to take away or eat in. Food very tasty and changing daily. Then in the evening ice cream parlor.

Nice large and welcoming bar. The wall dedicated to newspapers from the Second World War period is very interesting. Kind and hospitable atmosphere, we took two ice cream cones to take away and were still able to eat them comfortably sitting at the tables.

We had a late breakfast here. Pomadoro/mozzarella sandwich, cannoli, pistachio pastry, and cappuccino. Everything was excellent!

Ristorante di qualità con porzioni abbondanti. Molto veloci e locale ben arredato .personale accogliente e cordiale ,dolci tipici e non, ma comunque molto buoni . Da provare se si è ad Orvieto.

Pasticceria storica nel centro storico di Orvieto. Tutti i prodotti sono artigianali e consiglio la torta al semolino, loro dolce tipico. Prezzi un po' alti.

01/05/2024: The Trippini restaurant is a true hidden gem in Civitella del Lago, offering a breathtaking view that enchants the senses even before tasting the dishes. The friendly and knowledgeable staff welcomes you with a warm smile, making you immediately feel at home. And what about the talented chef Paolo? His creations are true culinary works of art, beautiful to look at and divine to taste. We opted for the "freehand" menu, and each course masterfully explained the restaurant's cooking philosophy, based on seasonal and local ingredients that enhance the territory. Each dish was a symphony of flavors and textures, accompanied by excellent wines that completed the gastronomic experience perfectly. A restaurant that deserves to receive its first star soon. Their dedication to quality, creativity and the overall experience is simply exceptional and undoubtedly deserves the highest recognition. I highly recommend this culinary gem to anyone looking for an extraordinary gastronomic experience in a lovely setting.
