Simple and a little old-fashioned environment, ok staff. Mainly Tuscan cuisine and very good, excellent for those looking for traditional Tuscan cuisine, average price. Advised.

Ancient restaurant in the countryside of S. Miniato, the first time back in 1975... and still today the food is as good as many years ago. Typical Tuscan cuisine. Fried rabbit and artichokes as delicious as anything on the menu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO EAT GENUINE

Altro ristorante da inserire nel patrimonio della cucina toscana! Cucina della nonna con ingredienti di qualità e prezzi non gonfiati. Il servizio è veloce e distinto, l’ambiente ci riporta indietro nel tempo, agli anni ottanta con unica differenza il tovagliato di carta-stoffa, comunque di qualità. Frequentazione anche non strettamente locale ma assolutamente “senior”. Unico appunto le luci, che non creano la giusta atmosfera.

03/04/2024: Four of us dined here and it was delicious! The waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating. He made a lot of jokes and accompanied us through the evening. Our recommendation: The starter platter: Tagliere Toscano
04/03/2024: I arrived at the Ribè tavern thanks to a sensorial journey in the woods. Rainy Sunday, but not for us who found a corner of rainbow inside. The tavern is small, simple, but it speaks! Of the passion with which its owner wanted it and directs it. The food was amazing! An olfactory and visual journey into the gods of the earth. Courageous combinations and enveloping flavors that pamper the palate. Truly a pleasant discovery that I highly recommend. And…I forgot, Monica loves challenges… Yesterday he made an entirely vegetarian menu, which he had never proposed, for 10+ Remember to ask for the orange liqueur made by her to close the meal!

17/04/2024: I was in this place on the occasion of the celebrations of a 25th wedding anniversary. I was able to appreciate the goodness and delicacy of its products, all 0 km, together with the friendliness and professionalism of the owners and their staff. Highly recommended!
