I was in this place on the occasion of the celebrations of a 25th wedding anniversary. I was able to appreciate the goodness and delicacy of its products, all 0 km, together with the friendliness and professionalism of the owners and their staff. Highly recommended!

Discovered by chance during a walk in Pisa and reading the good reviews. Local cuisine, very very good genuine products. Too bad the distance from Rome! Greetings to Mrs. Sara... very kind in everything.

Absolutely recommended! We frequent it regularly because it is located next to the riding school where my daughter trains. Top service, super friendliness and excellent raw materials. Varied menu with also vegetarian options. The owner is very nice

Chosen by chance, however, it was an excellent dinner with special dishes such as fig and porcini tortelli and parcels of necci and ricotta and walnuts.. we also had really good Chinese cinta rosticcini accompanied by artichokes.. very friendly waitress.. I recommend it

Osteria Ribe’

03/04/2024: Four of us dined here and it was delicious! The waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating. He made a lot of jokes and accompanied us through the evening. Our recommendation: The starter platter: Tagliere Toscano
04/03/2024: I arrived at the Ribè tavern thanks to a sensorial journey in the woods. Rainy Sunday, but not for us who found a corner of rainbow inside. The tavern is small, simple, but it speaks! Of the passion with which its owner wanted it and directs it. The food was amazing! An olfactory and visual journey into the gods of the earth. Courageous combinations and enveloping flavors that pamper the palate. Truly a pleasant discovery that I highly recommend. And…I forgot, Monica loves challenges… Yesterday he made an entirely vegetarian menu, which he had never proposed, for 10+ Remember to ask for the orange liqueur made by her to close the meal!
