Ristorante Capitano In Cervia

Restaurant with fish and crudité specialities. Excellent price quality... Quite abundant and high quality dishes.. Quick service given the few seats. I would happily stay here again.

The environment is very nice and the view of the port are the strong point of the place, we took a raw one and it wasn't bad in terms of quality but the two sauces with which I should have accompanied it ruin the dish... soy sauce if I want it I go for sushi and sour mustard sauce, I didn't like it, good fried, scallops and au gratin, very distracted service, the owner was very busy chatting about motorbikes with another table and the two waitresses had to run between the tables unable to adequately serve all the diners, endless waiting to be able to ask for the desserts which were then slightly rudely offered to us by the owner. I don't care about price, the place doesn't have cheap dishes given the quality offered so the service must be up to what is offered and the raw fish must be accompanied with sauces that do not hide the flavor of the fish.

I always come there for summer holidays if you want the. Fresh fish come from the captain recommended mixed fried service and environment ok

Good fish restaurant on the Cervia seafront, truly delicious cold and hot appetizers (absolutely not to be missed are the cod croquettes with mojito sauce). The owner is very kind and welcoming

When we are in the Cervia area, the fixed stop is at the Capitano! The raw food is worth flying away. Sublime!

Nice place, on the canal bank promenade, among the restaurants in the area it stands out for correct prices and unassailable quality. The musts of the place are the Captain's little guitar and the inevitable fried food. Speaking of fried food, a simple and evergreen dish everywhere, here finally perfect frying, like few others in my life: crunchy (not dry) breading, fragrant, soft and not burnt filling that makes you enjoy the delicacies of the sea. The fish is, needless to say, very fresh. Well. NEGATIVE NOTE upon requesting an invoice I was told "..ah but it takes 1 hour to make an invoice!"...I say but what cash register software do they have? Nowadays, to make an invoice in 99% of restaurants you just need to give the VAT number and at most the unique code in addition and it is done in 5 seconds. On this aspect I would say that they have to work hard on it (or maybe that day they simply didn't feel like it...).

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per celebrare il nostro anniversario di fidanzamento, premetto che è stata una scelta della mia ragazza poiché lo desiderava da tanto e alla fine l’ho portata. Avevo prenotato circa una settimana prima visto che cadeva di domenica a pranzo. Nonostante il nostro ritardo nell’arrivo rispetto la prenotazione non abbiamo riscontrato problemi con il personale. L’ambiente si è presenta molto intimo e formale. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di crudi aggiungendo un ostrica in più visto che il piatto ne portava una sola poi c’era una mazzancolla, uno scampo, un gambero rosso, carpaccio di salmone, carpaccio di tonno, carpaccio di ricciola e un altro carpaccio di spigola. Devo ammettere che era tutto davvero buono e la freschezza si sentiva abbastanza da vero intenditore, l’unica pecca e che per il prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosina in più. Il tutto era accompagnato da varie salsine. Come primi io ordinai lo famosa chitarra del Capitano che comprendeva vongole, calamaretti ,moscardini, riccio e gamberetti questi ultimi io non li avrei messi perché per me non sono all’altezza di una prima portata però vabbè magari sono gusti, mentre l’altro primo ordinato dalla mia ragazza era tortelli rosa con scorza di lime e ricotta con tartare molto buoni e delicati. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino bianco Albarara. Per finire due amari. Il personale all’inizio era molto presente e attento poi dopo è stato meno presente. Il conto dato il servizio e l’ambiente ha rispettato la media anche se mi aspettavo qualcosina in più. Tutto sommato un buon locale dove passare qualche ora d’amore e passione.

E' stata la prima volta , ambiente , servizio , qualità , prezzo ,tutto è andato bene , da ritornare.
