I went to the refuge for lunch. Beautiful welcome, excellent food. We regenerated during a break from the walk.

A regular trekking destination every few weeks. The guys who run it are always full of initiative and very kind. The food is always very good, with particular mention, when available, of the apple pie. It's a refuge, so anyone staying overnight should know that they sleep in the dormitory. Super abundant breakfast with freedom to help yourself to drinks, desserts and biscuits. All in the midst of beautiful nature, in the heart of the Cantagallo aquarium reserve. If you love mountains and trekking in the area you have to stop by.

16/05/2024: We were surprised, delighted and, of course, wonderfully fed in your restaurant! Everything was perfect, value for money excellent!!! We stopped by today for supper and it was truly one of the best experiences here in Italy. The food was amazing we tried three different pizzas and a plate of pasta, truly heaven on earth. The service was amazing the staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a must visit place if you are in the region!

Hotel Ristorante Hermitage

31/03/2024: Excellent welcome, spacious and super clean rooms. Everyone is very kind, from the reception staff, to breakfast, to cleaning. We drove around several cities and the location of the property allows it. Excellent price. A special greeting to Leonardo with whom I immediately managed the booking. An exquisite and very professional person. Thank you all, a hug from the Neapolitan family.
22/03/2024: I have come to this establishment several times when I go to Tuscany. The welcome is fabulous, the staff always attentive, and bending over backwards to ensure that your stay goes well. We are welcomed there as if we were part of the family. Multilingual staff. Quiet and calm hotel, very clean rooms. From the terrace, the view of Florence is fabulous. We appreciate the huge free parking as well as the hearty breakfast. Animals are as welcome as their owners. I recommend 200% You won't find better around, especially 12km from Florence.
