15/05/2024: This was our first meal during a 18 day trip to Italy, and while we ate at other great restaurants, including a famous one in Modena, this meal still ranked as one of our favourites! Great service and the small number of tables added to the relaxing ambiance. Very glad we stayed near here and were able to visit.

I was really disappointed because they don't do it that way, I hope they update the dishes because it's not right

28/05/2024: This is the Italian Shop that you wish you had around your corner. Very friendly staff, great menu. The Fragello was awesome. Just a great place to go get a sandwich.

30/05/2024: Bella location, buon cibo, buon vino. Peccato non essere stati informati della modifica di alcuni piatti ordinati che si sono dimostrati diversi da come indicati nel menù e di aver ricevuto un conto senza la distinta dei prezzi di quanto consumato, quindi senza possibilità di controllare la correttezza dello stesso. Peccato perché comportamenti di questo tipo ti fanno perdere la voglia di ritornare.

Fabulous artisan pasta and cooked perfectly. Punctual service. Very honest account. A slow savor. A trip. Thank you very much 😘

01/04/2024: Excellent first courses with homemade pasta and desserts. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great time, we had lunch in the cellar which is an intimate but particular environment.

04/03/2024: I took (in the photo) tagliolini with mushroom cream, truffle and pecorino and they were amazing! Even light, I would have gladly eaten another portion. We originally took a mixed platter and I must say that the flavors of the cured meats were spectacular. Finally, the dessert (in the photo) is panna cotta with Nutella, very good indeed (even if perhaps the Nutella covers the flavor of the panna cotta a bit). The manager is a very nice guy, helpful and friendly, he recommends the best season tickets and if he has time he even has a chat and a joke. Overall I am very satisfied and will come back!

11/03/2024: Everything is really good, from the first courses to the desserts, whatever you choose will certainly be up to par. You can see the refinement not only in the recipes, but also in the raw materials. The portions are right: with a starter, first course and dessert you go home without feeling hungry. We ate on a Monday, we were the only ones so the service was excellent, fast and welcoming. But I think they wouldn't have any problems even if the place was full. For the experience the price was more than fair, we would return and recommend it to others.

12/05/2024: For a dinner with friends I asked for a completely vegan menu: despite it not being on the menu and characteristics of the tavern, I was pleasantly surprised. They offered me simple but not obvious dishes, perhaps it was one of the few occasions in which I saw real attention paid to creating a "different" menu. Recommended regardless of your diet!

18/05/2024: Traditional Tuscan cuisine but also with some different dishes such as spaghetti with herring and mortadella tortelli. We ate well but I consider some costs excessive such as the mark-up on the glass of wine and dessert.

09/05/2024: A lovely osteria with a cute patio in Carmignano. It seems to be family owned, and the service was superb. Food was amazing in all aspects, and their house red wine from a nearby winery was absolutely wonderful. This place is highly recommended 👌 Grazie mille

28/04/2024: Quiet place, without many pretensions, family atmosphere, kind and quick service, the food is delicious and plentiful, very particular seafood carbonara, and light, good mixed frying, plentiful and very light. A fry for two people, four of us ate it😂!! The only flaw, the wine. I personally can't stand it when they bring me a wine that has already been opened previously. However, for the rest everything is ok. Good value for money (quality and quantity 😂)!!! Well done. We will gladly come back to taste your pizzas!!!!

09/04/2024: My family and I are regular customers of Sora Vassoia. We were looking for a weak point of this restaurant but we can't find it! All the dishes are excellent, the cleanliness and order are impeccable, the welcome from Gianluca and his friendly and professional family. Highly recommended to everyone!
