17/03/2024: We went to this beautiful restaurant, for an informal dinner, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends. The food with refined flavors took me by surprise and pleasantly surprised me. The welcome and truly excellent service. We thank those who, for a simple glass of wine, took a walk in the cold to the cellar! We'll be back soon...wait for us!
11/03/2024: At the Farmacia del gusto the gastronomic experience is the result of a series of components that are difficult to find in a single reality: attraction, impact, sensation. The quality of the raw materials is the indispensable prerequisite for a conscious, inspired and inspiring cuisine, generous, aimed at researching the particular and open to sharing. A refined technique is at the service of the chef's heart. There is everything on the plate: composition, stratification, recomposition, personality, evocation, dialectic. The demonstration that technique is never an end in itself, being rather a way to communicate with the diner's palate. We enjoyed an excellent appetizer based on local cured meats and cheeses and an off-menu, buffalo pie with truffle and variations of tomato and basil (a dish that should absolutely be included in the proposal), some gnocchi with stewed pork on broccoli cream and candied orange and a carbonara risotto with shaved black truffle. We are not used to having dessert, but the construction of the dishes and the impactful and refined flavors convinced us to test the chef's skills also in the art of pastry making: croquettes, chocolate and pear cake, homemade tart. TOP level. Warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable and empathetic service. The bill is commensurate with the high standard of the offer.
