I like: the possibility of a room with a balcony, parking even if unattended, the good position to reach the Parma fair, the restaurant in the hotel, the possibility of having larger rooms, the bathroom equipped with a bathrobe I don't like: the welcome, the restaurant room and the breakfast room, the seasonal menu (???) at the restaurant (it means the same things for 3 months!), the mini fridge bar is empty (just 3 things), there are no used slippers and disposable (we are in a 4 star hotel!), you may have a room with a television that is badly positioned and almost impossible to see, the bathroom without extraction, almost "centralized" heating/cooling, In the end the memory isn't bad... it wouldn't take much to improve the services offered.

I renew my old and positive review of the hotel with some new photos, adding only the fact that asking €4 for a juice for breakfast (breakfast included in the price of the room, which wasn't cheap) and €5 for the same juice at bar in the afternoon I consider it ridiculous, not only for the price difference but also for the exaggerated cost. Comparing it with other hotels in the BW Plus chain I expect more, quantitatively and qualitatively. overall excellent. Advised."

Celui là je vais l'écrire en français car ici tout le monde parle plusieurs langues ! Un vraie plaisir de retrouver cette hôtel tout y est accueil, prestations ! Sans oublier notre passage au bar vers notre ami marco qui tiens son espace à la hauteur de la qualité de l'hôtel rien à voir avec un best western français don j'ai eu l'occasion de dormir j'en ai été le premier étonné ! Petit déjeuner continental incroyable et servi tôt. La décoration de l'hôtel et vraiment belle pour avoir vue l'évolution sur plusieurs mois je tiens à vous féliciter et vous souhaite de passer de belle saison. N'hésitez pas à vous balader dans le centre ville super vivant après midi comme le soir 🫶 '

Hotel moderno e curato, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, colazione fantastica per solo 5 euro. unica cosa la posizione, ci vuole una mezzoretta a piedi dal centro e se piove non è il massimo

Davvero conveniente sia come location che come prezzo. Camere ampie e pulite. Il vantaggio di avere parcheggio gratis giusto sotto all'hotel è un plus importante.

Sono rimasto deluso del ristorante interno. Piccolissimo e con una scarsissima scelta di portate e quello che ho preso non era neanche cosi speciale.
