The restaurant is located in the open countryside, the place is quiet and easy to find, the parking is large. Having booked, they welcomed us and showed us the table ready to sit. The premises are presented very well, cleanliness is not lacking, the staff is ready to respond to requests, the professionalism is good, the tables have the right distance to give the right atmosphere to enjoy a nice evening in company without inconvenience, the courses are of the right portion, the food is fresh good flavor I would say highly recommended for fish and meat dishes and house specialties which we were satisfied with!! Una struttura che lascia perplessi. Da una parte vi è la ricerca di eleganza e raffinatezza Ma poi ci sono cadute di stile francamente inspiegabili. Facciamo qualche esempio: i piatti sono molto eleganti ma il servizio lascia a desiderare in quanto le portate sono servite singolarmente E non tutte insieme. Il parmigiano servito in uno stampino di carta stagnola, errori nella ricezione delle comande. Per il resto Il ristorante si barcamena nella media. I piatti sono prevalentemente di pesce. I migliori risultati sono conseguiti nei primi piatti come gli ottimi gnocchi della Val Varaita e i plin al ragù. La sala al piano superiore è ben arredata e con lampadari scenografici.
