I didn't know about this place until a friend brought me some of their products! When I'm in the area I gladly stop in because in addition to their goodness, they are very kind and approachable. Their savory dishes are just as good as their desserts!

Every time I arrive from Rome it has been a fixed stop for 17 years. Now how will I ensure that the 2 owners will no longer be behind the counter? Where will I get the best profiteroles in central Italy? I can't think about it... I'm heartbroken!

12/03/2024: An excellent pastry shop led by a great pastry chef located outside the historic center. The cakes, mini pastries and puff pastries are excellent. The panettones are extraordinary.
