I live near Siena but I didn't know the pastry shop. We went there attracted by the caramel and I must say that it was worth it, really excellent. We will be back. Service needs reviewing a bit.

The best place for morning pistacchio cornetto & capuccino. You can't beat the prices & the quality, I suspect they make their own pistacchio cream, since I've never had better around Siena. The staff is super nice, helpful. We also had their caramelattos and other stuff they serve, it's all worth a try. The café gets very busy in the mornings, don't get scared by the traffic - despite that, we never had a problem finding table to finish our breakfast at.

Ho prenotato la mia torta di compleanno telefonicamente. Mi ha risposto una ragazza molto gentile che ha accolto subito le mie richieste particolari. Anche per e-mail mi è stato risposto sempre in maniera cordiale e con grande disponibilità. Ho chiesto una torta pan di Spagna con colori della panna particolari e loro mi hanno soddisfatta sia per l'estetica che per il gusto della torta. Sono molto soddisfatta.

26/04/2024: After walking around for hours looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, all closed on an important weekend like April 25th (absurd!), we found this bar by chance. Super satisfied with everything: food, coffee, great courtesy of the staff. Absolutely recommended! 😍

Ristorante Alcide

30/04/2024: Alcide restaurant, a beautiful location but a little dated (perhaps a small restyling especially to the bathrooms wouldn't hurt), but attentive, sober and precise staff, they know how to make you feel pampered, then the food (I ate fish) was wonderful, very good. I definitely recommend it also because the quality is excellent and not too expensive.
20/04/2024: beautiful venue, warm atmosphere, kindness and competence.
