In summer this well-known Cuneo pizzeria also has a large outdoor space which makes the stop even more pleasant. Original products, with a little imagination, excellent quality of raw materials, from the selection of flours to mozzarella, the perfect result for a tasty pizza. To complete it I also had a dessert, "Delizia", ​​good and plentiful, spent 20.50 with a coke, a little more than average but it was certainly an excellent evening. The premise is that all the awards and recognitions won by this pizzeria are deserved, from first to last. The environment, enlivened by the classic Vietri-type ceramics, gives a further touch of "Neapolitanness". The prices are in line with those of other pizzerias in Cuneo. You can also find all the classic treats of Neapolitan "street food" (cuoppi, zeppole, etc.). The pizza: really good, as can only be found in some historic places in Naples and its surroundings. Digestible, excellent ingredients, "cornice" with small bubbles, in a workmanlike manner. Highly recommended. The fried pizza, which I ate on another occasion, is unrivalled. I say heresy: it surpasses the best fried pizzas eaten in Naples. But...there is a small "but". The oven is not heated with wood, but with gas (I imagine for practical reasons, and/or for legal reasons). This doesn't lower the quality of the product at all, but I would be curious to taste such a good pizza cooked in "its" oven par excellence. In fairness it must be said that, before taking a fleeting glance at the oven when it was time to pay, I hadn't noticed it at all. Having said that, congratulations and keep up the good work.
