A perfect mix between a magical environment, perfect service and sublime cuisine. This is what it means to dine in this place! A restaurant with attention to the smallest detail by creative and artistic minds. A shame to miss the opportunity to dine at Pane e Tulipani. I absolutely recommend it and will definitely return

Pleasant surprise in the central area of ​​Livorno. In a small restaurant with a refined atmosphere in furnishings and accessories, the restaurateur offers a menu of sea and land with proposals that intersect Italy, Europe and Asia. I really liked the cacciucchino and the pan fry. The homemade bread is excellent. The curated wine proposals. The cost is around €40-€50 per person, commensurate with the quantity of fish and dishes eaten in general. There is also a good selection of vegetarian dishes.

Cibo squisito e per tutti. Carne e pesce ma anche piatti vegetariani e vegani. Ci sono stata spesso e non mi hanno mai deluso. Una cosa è che hanno cambiato la ricetta del tiramisù che prima mi piaceva molto, ma lo mangio ancora volentieri e comunque sono gusti. Altro problemino era la musica troppo alta. Location bellissima. Anche i piatti molto creativi.

Piatti ricercati e sorprendenti. Servizio informale e amichevole. Prezzo forse leggermente alto ma nulla di sconvolgente. Forse il posto dove sono rimasto più sorpreso positivamente a Livorno. Consigliato!

01/09/2023: We have just concluded our week on the island of Elba, we came to eat at Battigia twice. Top quality food, exquisite dishes, the tuna tataki and tuna tartare are highly recommended. Courteous, kind and professional staff! The owner is very kind and always with a smile! Highly recommended!

31/03/2024: I had very good paccheri with amberjack ragout, plentiful and served very well, my wife had a dry, tasty and fresh fried dish. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Dinner completed with water, two glasses of wine and coffee for a total of 45 euros. Perfect.
