Believe the GOOD reviews: they're true. This place, just outside the Piazza del Campo, is outstanding. A small place so make a reservation or off season go when they open. We got there literally at opening and there were already people at one table. We ordered side salads, bottle of the house wine, bottle of water. Very fair prices for anywhere in Siena but especially given the quality of the food and the location! I THINK my husband had a wild boar ragu pasta - I had THE BEST Cacio e Pepe of my life. WOW. I have a feeling they flat out don't serve anything that isn't excellent. Both of us reluctantly shared bites of our dishes. I saw many other dishes being served and would happily have had any of those. Don't hesitate: a great option!
