I spent a delightful evening at Gatta Matta. The main ingredient of this tavern is care: from the welcome to the plate. A special birthday dinner that I will remember above all for the delicious risotto I ate. A thousand thanks.

Very nice place, SPECTACULAR. The food is DELICIOUS. The service was very good, the waitress was very good and very detailed, I was able to choose my dish perfectly thanks to the waitress' descriptions, if you go to Parma you know where to eat.

Located next to Piazzale San Francesco with the giant Mr. Arbitrium, it is a restaurant furnished with contemporary taste. We really appreciated the unconventional proposals of Parma cuisine, served by the owners with the utmost care and attention. The different types of bread that are baked for both lunch and dinner are excellent, as are the typical appetizers, the saffron linguine with cuttlefish and almonds and the Camilla, a dessert with apricot sauce, honey and hazelnut ice cream. Wide choice of wines.

Creative and refined cuisine, particular combinations, excellent quality of the raw materials, beautiful presentation of the dishes and service characterized by attention to detail.
The original dishes recall both the chef's Apulian origins and flavors from other places.
The choice of the wine list is careful and conscious.
The wooden tables are made by them, this says a lot about the personalized imprint of this restaurant!

A nice rediscovery in Parma, we were customers of the old management and hadn't been back for a while:
-excellent wine list;
-excellent bread;
-very well done menu, with vegan choice, finally in Parma I would say;
-very, very interesting game between sweet and savory;
For the management, there are 5 stars of encouragement:
-menu to simplify the format, the wood makes you angry and makes it difficult to read;
-reduce the quantity of appetizers, to facilitate cooking and also leave room for the rest;
-sweet and savory to rebalance, but huge menu;
We will be back for sure!

Piacevole sorpresa di un menù con opzioni vegetariane e vegane per ogni portata, complimenti! Bella sala accogliente e luminosa. Piatti sfiziosi e gustosi (vegani e non). Pane fatto in casa con pasta madre, sempre un plus! I titolari molto gentili e professionali. Torneremo presto!

Un invito a pranzo con Amici. Bellissima giornata! È stata la prima volta che entravo in questa osteria. Tutto in ordine pulito. Gentilissimi i titolari che ti spiegano i loro piatti.
