Ottima ristorante sulle pendici di una collina coltivata a uliveto.Il menù è vario e tipicamente toscano i piatti sono ben cucinati e ben presentati. Staff estremamente gentile ed efficiente. Location bucolica. Prezzi contenuti. Consigliato.

Perfect dinner for 5 adults from the appetizer to the coffee. But charging 4 euros for 1 slice (1!!!) of cooked ham for an 11 month old baby seems excessive to me. You even redid the bill because it wasn't there on the order. And we, smiling without saying anything, did not object.

Servizio efficiente e rapido nel servire le pietanze. L'ambiente è accogliente e confortevole, con il giusto stile retro, quasi casa delle nostre bisnonne, ideale per pranzi in amicizia, ma anche meeting di lavoro. Cibo buonissimo e piatti abbondanti

Con una delle.mie amiche più care, cliente abituale, abbiamo passato una splendida serata degustando ottimo cibo abbinato ad un eccellente chardonnay nello splendido giardino interno è coccolate da personale professionale, accogliente e molto paziente. Da consigliare sempre.

20/04/2024: Passando nel centro storico di Lucca mi ha attirato il cartello che pubblicizzava tra i piatti del giorno di Nonna Clara l’agnello garfagnino. Così ci siamo fermati per cena. Buono l’antipasto con crostini di fegatini e prosciutto. Davvero notevole l’arrosto di agnello con una cottura perfetta e porzioni abbondanti. Buono anche il Morellino che ci abbiamo abbinato. Buono il servizio e locale dall’arredo un po’ particolare. Prezzi allineati al mercato locale. Consigliato.

15/05/2024: It is the ideal address for a tourist looking for traditional Italian recipes. Some reviews criticize this establishment for not being modern enough, for being a canteen for workers, I am delighted. This is exactly what I am looking for, authenticity, tradition and not dishes that we can find everywhere with more or less luxurious products. The outdoor setting at the foot of the city walls is magnificent. The service is fast and efficient, especially when you arrive at the start of the service. The price-quality ratio is very good. The only downside concerns the desserts, the quality of which needs to be improved. In summary, an experience to be repeated.
14/05/2024: unmissable appointment when I'm in Lucca. The soups are excellent
