Delicious food in a friendly, homey setup. We had a special lasagna which was amazing. Also a bisteca fiorentina, also excellent. The waiter recommended an excellent red wine. We were four people, ended up paying 280€, but that included two grappas and a bottle of wine, approximately 100€. So we paid 45€/person excluding drinks. I would go back to try other foods as well.

As always, the Osteria del Castellazzo represents a point of reference for those who love real dishes, created by expert hands and brains, starting from excellent raw materials that are territorial, sustainable and healthy. Tripe marinated in Michelin-starred soya, tender roe deer, savory, perfectly cooked, roast shoulder of Corniglia sheep, touching for its softness and flavour. A cuisine that has reached maturity and that knows how to excite with the rare gift of knowing how to remove, a sign of security. All accompanied by a surprising glass of Barani's Inoctem barbera

I had the opportunity to have dinner at this place and I had an overall positive impression, even if I left a little hungry.
The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with stone walls and dark wood furnishings. The background music, with De André, Guccini, De Gregori and other top singer-songwriters, creates a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The cuisine is of undoubted quality, with well-prepared dishes with attention to detail. The menu also offers original dishes that are difficult to find elsewhere. Delicious homemade bread.
The only flaw, in my opinion, is the scarcity of portions in relation to the price. 17 euros for an artichoke and 17 euros for 5 forkfuls of spaghetti. A little more generosity in this sense would make the experience more satisfying.
The prices on the menu more closely reflect those of a restaurant in the center of Milan or Florence.
The staff was friendly and professional,
However, I recommend trying this place to those looking for a quality culinary experience, in a pleasant environment and with classy background music.
Personally, I will gladly go back, perhaps after an aperitif that allows me to enjoy the quality without thinking about hunger.

Ho cenato con mia moglie presto questa osteria, cameriere e proprietario molto disponibili, il locale è rustico e accogliente, pochi posti, il menù non è molto ampio e la scelta riporta prevalentemente piatti di carne locale. I piatti assaggiati comunque ben presentati e ben curati, prezzo a mio avviso leggermente alto. Un consiglio per i gestori, a mio avviso rivalutare la Mise en place, avendo un menù di questo tipo con una media prezzo di minimo 18 euro a piatto credo si possano usare dei tovaglioli di stoffa piuttosto che un semplice tovagliolo di carta.
