We were lucky to get a table without reservation on a Monday night. Place is no-nonsense, children friendly, cheaper than other restaurants around and has great beef t bone steak for 45 eur per kg, pieces start at 1,300 gram. Pasta starts at 9 Euro, starters at 5

Fast and good service, the food is very good! The only problem is the chaos they have with the tables, they put you at the same table with unknown people... But the meat is spectacular and recommended

Wonderful and unique experience, great food and atmosphere. Steak was incredible, on top we enjoyed salad and eggplant. Delicious! Table should be reserved upfront. Price is reasonable.
Recommended also for families, we ordered pasta for kids and they ate it till the last crumb.

... Almost at the top of Montepulciano there is an innkeeper, with a pencil in his hair and a machete in his hand. With its convivial philosophy and its precious doctrine. It will make you discover the Tuscan tradition of good cuisine. You will not find any surprises upon your departure, except perhaps that of having found some good saint who conversed during the meal with tea. Thanks Giulio, Chiara and the others😉

Confermo che si mangia bene, il servizio è celere e professionale (anche perchè ci sono due turni di cena, e alle 21.30 bisogna essere fuori), e il personale simpatico. Però quando 50 persone si affollano in un'unica stanza, con un fragore crescente, tra le risa e le grida dei camerieri non è proprio il meglio, e non ci riuscivamo a sentire tra amici. Peccato perché la qualità dei cibi è altissima, dal prosciutto al coltello ai primi, alla mitica bistecca. Prezzi più che onesti.
