This is not only the best restaurant in the area, it is one of the best in the world (in my opinion). I have eaten at many Michelin star restaurants. This is a hidden gem that may not be for long if the critics discover it. The chef is very creative and challenges the pallet with unique and complex flavor combinations. Silva and Claudio are also amazing!

I can’t imagine a better first night dinner in Cortona. Every course was delicious, and the staff was so delightful. In particular, I appreciated getting a call when we first made the reservation to ask about dietary preferences / allergies. Just made us feel really confident that we were going to be happy. And we so were! We enjoyed every aspect of our meal. Thank you… and we will be back! :)

25/04/2024: Bar with business lunch service. Indoor and outdoor room (open in summer). Dishes with a good choice and, for a bar, of excellent quality. Fusilli with mushrooms and sausage, penne with ragù and mushroom risotto, worthy of a good restaurant. Abundant servings. Bar tables and chairs, paper placemat Friendly, quick and smiling staff. They also serve excellent fruit salads. Ideal for a business lunch: as quick as needed, good food and really honest prices. Parking is on the street.

01/04/2024: Excellent resort 2 minutes drive from Cortona. Spacious and typically Tuscan rooms and super breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet Gigliola, the director, an exquisite and truly talented person. See you next time Monia and Andrea
