Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook. The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉 Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

19/05/2024: Great little address. We feel like home. The service is lovely and the food is very good! (We had the Ribolleta and some good pasta seasoned just right) The “cantucci e sciachetra” dessert (biscuits to be dipped in cooked wine): great discovery! Good value for money .

06/05/2024: Restaurant worthy of a Michelin star!!! Elegant and sophisticated environment in the center of Cortona. Hospitality beyond expectations! The chef welcomes us with a delicious prosecco and a welcome entree. The waitress Marcella is very prepared, trust her! Not to mention the food... Fresh, quality ingredients! Delicious bread made by them, it arrives at the table still warm. More than pleasant, the evening was a real experience! We will definitely return.

01/06/2024: Optimum. I had dinner with my son and it was very good. The letter is with the QR, but there is a line and it is not a problem. Cozy atmosphere inside and a large terrace. We were served by a very friendly and cordial girl. It seems that he likes his job. Competent, effective and dynamic. The pizza is very good. The rim is high but it is not heavy. They have a good selection of beer and the service is fast. The price is fair. Well balanced with quality.

Il servizio è impeccabile, garantisce qualità a prezzi competitivi. Il personale, sia in cucina che in sala, dimostra una competenza eccezionale, con il proprietario Alessandro che accoglie ogni cliente con un sorriso caloroso. Durante la nostra visita, abbiamo deliziato il palato con un antipasto toscano, ricco di salumi, formaggi e bruschette. Come secondo, abbiamo assaporato l'agnello alla griglia, mentre per il dolce abbiamo optato per il delizioso Brownie con crema calda al Moscato e cheesecake ai tre gusti. Sebbene l'antipasto abbia deluso, la varietà dei vini ha compensato ampiamente. Nel complesso, un'esperienza gastronomica appagante che riflette l'impegno per la qualità del ristorante Il Cacciatore.

03/06/2024: The camping where we were staying recommended us La Braceria, as we were looking for a meat restaurant. Our expectations were fully fulfilled. The place has a very nice interior and a wonderful garden (pity that you cannot have dinner there). It's all about meat and they have a high quality one, very tasty and various. Totally recommend if you are in the area and looking to have a very good meat at a reasonable price.

02/06/2024: Terrible experience. We were a group of 13 people (final receipt almost €600). 'Burnt' meat, not very expressive dishes, but above all unfriendly staff. In short, from Tuscany and with those prices you expect something more! I won't return

05/05/2024: We went to this place for dinner because we were intrigued by the place and the photos found on the Internet and what we found exceeded all expectations. The place is fabulous. An ancient mill above a stream. The dishes are exceptional. The ribollita, the pici peas and bacon, the beans all'uccelletto, the creamed cod all accompanied by the wine they produce. Everything exceptional. And this in itself would be a good reason to return. The service then... we were followed by Andrei who, with kindness and availability, made us live a unique experience. A real gift. If you are in Cortona and the surrounding area, stop here for lunch, dinner or both.

24/12/2023: Fantastic. Great views, great food, meats cheeses, fresh produce in season, nicely presented. Not a bad selection of wines. Pretty good coffee and teas, daily pastries , and just and incredible family running a neighborhood shop. Save me a seat! Tom and Renae

11/12/2023: A small bar, simple but very nice, welcoming atmosphere and very kind and helpful staff. I stopped by randomly, I was passing by for a coffee and ammazzacoffe, very nice to sit on the outside tables overlooking the natural landscape.
