Ottimo gelato, gusto pieno, cremoso e non eccessivamente zuccherato. Materie prime fresche e di ottima qualità. Porzioni nella media. Personale gentile, locale ampio, luminoso e pulito. Impeccabile. Un po' alto il prezzo di 1,5 euro dei coni speciali vuoti (quelli con la granella). 5 Stelle meritatissime.

Bravi, mio nipote impazzisce per questa gelateria, gli piacciono molto le granite alla fragola, dice che sono diverse è decisamente migliori rispetto alle altre in commercio. Per quanto riguarda il gelato consiglio il gusto crema della nonna e croccante: una vera delizia.

06/05/2024: Advised? YES! From the outside the place appears to be a bar, but don't be fooled by the first impression: they are capable, kind and helpful. They offer vegan/vegetarian dishes where in addition to the classic falafel - which can be found almost everywhere - they also have dishes created by them for a menu... Insoljto :-). Consider that at Christmas and Easter they prepare vegan panettone and colomba that they put on sale, and in their bar you can find self-produced soy milk and vegan desserts made by them... but when ever??? Legendary! We have included it in our favorite places to frequent when we are in the area. Personally I find everything good, well thought out and cared for and I suggest keeping an eye on the FB page to be informed of their dinners with special menus that they offer periodically. Long live the Insoljto Restaurant!!!

Very fried, everything is decidedly Apulian as it should be Quite similar to what I ate in Puglia You were offended but mine wasn't meant to be a bad review regarding the fried food I said it because you can already smell it from outside when you arrive and for the fairly similar one it was a compliment not an insult......the fact that sometimes it is different can also depend on the ingredients which are different here
