For being the first time I ate a pinsa in my entire life I must say that it was really delicious, I took La Piemontese 2.0 raw Fassona meat and Piedmontese Toma cream, really very good, the service was excellent, the waitress was She was really kind and professional, the place is small but very bright and interesting, tiramisu nothing special, excessive cocoa sprinkling on top, it covered the taste of the tiramisu and it was too sticky in the mouth, horrible coffee....

Pinsa of excellent quality as well as the ingredients used. Would gladly try again! Good service. The place is a little dated so it can be reviewed in certain aspects...

The restaurant is located on the road, but there are convenient parking spaces, their specialty is the Roman pinsa stuffed in the classic way and the special ones with for example raw meat, mortadella or Bra sausage. The base of the pinsa is crunchy and very light, the fillings are just right, finally order the pinsa with the amazing Nutella!!! There are few alternatives to the hamburger pinsa and cutting boards. Go to taste the pinsa!! I know they have hamburger bread for celiacs. A nice variety of beers on tap!!. But above all, pinsa is digested very well without feeling bloated!!

Sono stato a cena con famiglia ed amici. Siamo rimasti tutti più che soddisfatti. La pinsa è di qualità,sia come impasto che come condimento. Ottime,digeribili,condite con ingredienti non banali. Birre buone e dolci fantastici. Servizio veloce ed attento, brava la ragazza. Complimenti,andate avanti così.
