I highly recommend this restaurant. It was the most pleasant place we visited during our week in Taormina. Everything we ordered was really very tasty, homemade and of high quality. But what impressed me most was the service. Always welcoming, friendly, very attentive attitude and atmosphere. It was nice to feel such an attitude and enjoy the incredible tastes of Sicilian cuisine.

We came here because the other restaurant we wanted try did not open though it said opened on google. For Easter Monday, this restaurant also opened later than the time listed on Google. The food was delicious and we especially loved the Shrimp ravioli.

We are in Taormina with a wonderful view overlooking the Ionian Sea where we find this small restaurant where you can eat well and with reasonable prices for being in Taormina

We were hungry and except for one order of tomato salad went right at the primo’s which consisted of gluten free linguine with lemon, the ravioli with shrimp, gluten free spaghetti with oil and pepper, and the spaghetti sarde (sardines). For seconds we had the spada grill (swordfish)and the zuppa pesce (seafood soup). Dessert was panna cotta and a very lemony tartufo. our dinner at Malvasia from start to finish. We enjoyed our dinner at this attractive ristorante with knowledgeable and attentive staff from start to finish. A shout out to Naomi for the service and suggestion of a great bottle of wine and her gift of amaro.

Ristorante carino ed accogliente che offre piatti gustosi e ben eseguiti. Il servizio è attento e presente ed il proprietario una persona gentile e simpatica. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi mangiando…

I Ruggeri boutique restaurant

28/02/2024: this is a great restaurant, friendly service + nice atmosphere but the truffle pasta was not al dente. Very hard to chew. The bread was to much on the side for 1 Person. Cute little starter - i think it was a little omelette. But im sure the pasta was an accident. I will definitely go back to try the fish. My italian was sadly to bad to give a friendly feedback :(

14/01/2024: Excellent atmosphere, great food quality and excellent quality of ingredients. The antipasto is of the highest quality and truly original Sicilian food. The “Maccheroni alla norma” absolutely unforgettable! Highly recommended! Will be back again soon!
