The castle is wonderful and even though it was already October we had dinner under a portico with a panoramic view. The staff very kind. There are various menu options to compose to your liking, and the food is luxurious and satisfying. Wine from the Spalletti winery.

Ieri ho festeggiato 16 anni di matrimonio e visto che quel giorno ho fatto le foto del mio matrimonio presso il castello di Ribano(che all'epoca ospitava solo la cantina Spalletti). Ho mangiato dei piatti che rispecchiano la tradizione romagnola,ma rivisitati e resi veramente interessanti. Mangiare all'aria aperta con vista sulla vigna è impagabile....il personale gentile attento premuroso ti fanno vivere un ottima esperienza. Dulcis in fundus....la piadina ai 7 cereali è qualcosa di fotonico(le cose semplici sono quelle che ti rimangono impresse)

06/05/2024: Advised? YES! From the outside the place appears to be a bar, but don't be fooled by the first impression: they are capable, kind and helpful. They offer vegan/vegetarian dishes where in addition to the classic falafel - which can be found almost everywhere - they also have dishes created by them for a menu... Insoljto :-). Consider that at Christmas and Easter they prepare vegan panettone and colomba that they put on sale, and in their bar you can find self-produced soy milk and vegan desserts made by them... but when ever??? Legendary! We have included it in our favorite places to frequent when we are in the area. Personally I find everything good, well thought out and cared for and I suggest keeping an eye on the FB page to be informed of their dinners with special menus that they offer periodically. Long live the Insoljto Restaurant!!!
