Un tranquillo B&B in una splendida vallata. Locale semplice ma accogliente noi ci siamo stati con una smart box. Camere pulite e comode, ristorante di ottima qualità e se siete amanti dei formaggi, c'è un carrello con una selezione della zona......uno spettacolo. Il proprietario il Sig.Ivano è una persona gentilissima è molto disponibile ma soprattutto un grande amante del suo lavoro. Raccomandato.

Last night we had dinner at the "la torre" restaurant. After being welcomed and accompanied to the table, the chef personally told us about the menu, illustrating the ingredients and the history of each dish. We all chose typical dishes from the Occitan valleys which expressed care and love in the preparation and pride in traditional flavours. The value for money is really excellent and we had a wonderful evening.

28/03/2024: Deserving of a Michelin star. The quality of the cuisine is decidedly high. The weekly lunch menu is excellent where the goodness of the dishes is not lacking. The view seen from the terrace is enchanting, where there are tables set in the summer and where you can enjoy breathtaking views. Unforgettable dinners! To be booked in advance. The interior of the restaurant is also typical and welcoming. Try the "quail with duck liver and white chocolate". Well-stocked and selected wine cellar. The take-away pastry products are excellent and, depending on the season, we can purchase panettone, colombe, chocolate eggs, gluten-free desserts, etc... Available to serve breakfasts or aperitifs. Excellent prices in relation to the quality and the area. Convenient parking.

09/03/2024: Esperienze stupenda! Cibo ottimo, attenzione al cliente, clima confortevole. Sin dal principio della prenotazione sono sempre stati attenti alle nostre esigenze alimentari. Noi abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione, hanno anche acconsentito a variare il primo presente all'interno della lista. Cosa dire, grazie di aver arricchito il nostro weekend in giro per le Langhe
03/03/2024: We were lucky enough to eat in this excellent restaurant on a windy March evening... Fireplace lit.. The welcome from Paolo, chef and owner, reflects the place... You can immediately feel authenticity and courtesy! Menu. Excellent tasting... Quality raw materials with a few touches of creativity! We had a great time... We and our 2 children aged 2 and 4... We'll see each other again soon! Ah...I forgot... Prices more than correct! Well done Paul!
