27/05/2024: Let me start by saying that the owner is very kind and courteous and welcomed us as befits loyal customers, a very kind and professional blonde waitress, we had already ordered the pan from her and she had told us to see if our request was available in the kitchen. While we were waiting, the dark-haired waitress arrives and asks us to order. We reply that we have already ordered and were waiting and she, with arrogance and rudeness, told us that what we requested was no longer on the menu. We replied that it was our custom to order the panned she continued to respond with arrogance and rudeness so much so that to avoid arguments we decided to get up and leave. It's a shame because the food is really good in the restaurant
