Well... what can I say... after two weeks we returned given the excellent impression of the first time... eternal waiting despite being few customers... but above all having ordered a first one written on the menu after 30 minutes we are told that it was no longer there...everything is fine but perhaps saying it when ordering will make you look better...impeccable staff, unfortunately poor cuisine today.....pity because the first time was impeccable on everything...or.almost...to try again...hoping...the third one was good!

It was already my favorite restaurant in Cuneo under the old management, now it remains the favorite but it gets five stars! I went to Novella with friends and we had a table of more than ten people. The staff managed to manage the service well despite the large table being in addition to the normal clientele on a Friday evening. The menu was very interesting, everyone liked the dishes with a clear winner of the evening, the delicious anchovy and lime tajarin. We will return soon, knowing that in summer it is even better at Novella! Congratulations to the new management.

Restaurant in a magical area of Cuneo: Viale degli Angeli
The owners are very kind and attentive to the customer, the quality of the dishes is excellent and the menu guarantees the tasting of singular dishes from meat to fish and with unique and suggestive presentations (try it to believe it!!)
It's definitely a nice place to spend a Sunday lunch with a view of the Bisalta!! And why not also an excellent location for important events or anniversaries!!

Wonderful location in the heart of Cuneo avenue.
Staff attentive to the customer and you can feel the love they put into their work, and you can taste it in their dishes. From meat to fish everything was delicious. Super recommended

A delicious meal. The appetizer of octopus was cooked to perfection served on a bed of rucola & green beans. The pasta again perfect with shrimp & a crayfish & the fatty tuna main dish was delicious also. All 6 of us had it and five wanted it pink, I would have preferred the tuna red in the center (less cooked) , but none the less delicious. I will definitely return here again.

Con il solito gruppo di 14 amici, sono ritornato in questo ristorante.
Da qualche mese è subentrata una nuova gestione.
Vengono proposti alcuni interessanti menù ( carne - pesce ).
Il cibo è di buona qualità.
Il personale è gentile ed attento.
Il tempo di attesa fra una portata e l’altra è ragionevole.
Giusto rapporto qualità-prezzo.
L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare, vista la buona scelta delle portate, è quello di curare un po’ di più l’impiattamento.
