10/05/2024: There is no doubt that the Aglianò Brothers, in managing their restaurant, also used the same technique as Michelangelo who said that to sculpt his statues it was enough for him, with blows of the chisel, to remove all that was superfluous from the block of marble, making it emerge as if I was enchanted by the masterpiece that was hidden inside!! They, and above all the mother in the kitchen, applied it to seafood: they removed everything superfluous, from the dishes, from the dining room and from the service, they removed all the excessive liturgy that is celebrated in most restaurants. The result - as for Michelangelo - borders on perfection. Delicious food, clean and balanced flavours, tidy service, welcoming place. You leave happy and satisfied, also because they used the same technique in setting the prices, which in their case are absolutely adequate for the very high quality of the raw material.
