I ate gluten-free, I didn't have any problems.
The sweet parmigiana was excellent, one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. Starters and fish main courses are also excellent.

Beautiful culinary experience at Clandestino, after ordering the entree arrived, caramelised onion with mint and ricotta with basil emulsion and crumble, then in less than 15 minutes the spaghetti with cuttlefish ink with sea urchins and stracciatella and the salmon with yogurt and chard. To finish, a millefeuille of aubergine, ricotta and gluten-free cherry jam and a pistachio cheesecake with a pistachio base, all extremely delicious.
The staff was kind, prepared and attentive to every need such as celiac disease.
For it being her first day, Zaira was very good and very attentive to the customer's needs. The chef is very attentive to the presentation of the dishes which are already of excellent quality. We will certainly return to this little Ortigian gem.

We ate here on the last of four nights in Ortigia, 6 weeks into our European trip and this was arguably the best meal we’ve had in that time across four countries. Our accommodation host recommended it and we are so glad we walked the short distance to get there. The waiter was delightful and we chose the chef's degustazione menu - it was delicious and from our perspective very well price (only 70 euros for the two of us). We thought we might nearly be over seafood but the small plates (three served on each occasion) were somehow both original and local - just perfect. From the anchovies (?) with tiny asparagus to the tuna tartare cannoli and the crispy but melt in your mouth prawn with tomato jam, it was all wonderful. We had just enough room to share a dessert - a twist on tiramisu with soft biscotti rather than sponge. Yum! The Vino a Gogo Syrah type red he chose for me was light but mellow, working well with the food. It was a quiet Thursday night in April but I really hope that this restaurant has the success it deserves.

Taste a sweet parmigiana prevented and, at the first bite, feel like Anton Ego in front of the best Ratatouille of life. Exciting experience for the palate. Good chef
