We specifically went to this restaurant, with a very basic location, given the excellent reviews.
The mussel appetizer, bread and oil are excellent, as is the pasta with anchovies. The grilled swordfish was rubbery instead, perhaps a poor-quality frozen product?
The fennel salad wasn't the best either, the outermost fibrous part was used. To top it off, the coca zero had expired about a week ago (to be consumed preferably by 03.27.2024). The crumb container is a little dirty.
Price range around €30-40 p.p.

I don't usually do reviews, but this place deserves to be mentioned. Superlative cuisine, extremely fresh fish, exceptional hospitality and flavors that leave you speechless. Absolutely worth trying.

Although the aesthetics from the outside might make you think of a tourist place, the interior is extremely simple and rustic. The quality of the fish and the care taken in preparation do the rest. Probably the best swordfish I've ever eaten.

Simple place, but with extremely simple cuisine, but of absolute value and pleasure for the palate. Very fresh products, good cellar and price. Discreet but punctual service. I will not fail to return and recommend it.

I didn't know about this place in Noto, two friends took me there for a business lunch. I will always come back!!! Very fresh and excellent quality raw materials, cooked with skilful simplicity and tradition, the cellar and the service are also good. I can't wait to return to try the rest of the dishes. Location semplice, pulita e ordinata, personale cortese e disponibile, pesce freschissimo e piatti cucinati con maestria. Vasta varietà di antipasti crudi e cotti molto buoni, primi ben preparati (i tagliolini fatti in casa con scampi e gambero rosso erano una prelibatezza), lo stesso per la ricciola. Vincenzo, lo chef/titolare, ti fa sentire a casa! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglierei solo qualche dolce in più. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Locale fuori dai circuiti turistici che mischia l’attività di vendita pesce alla ristorazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottima e là qualità dei prodotti lo era altrettanto. I titolari sono persone cordiali disponibili e conoscono bene il loro mestiere.
